The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 35-year-old Byron A. Guider of Sedalia at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday in Johnson County.  He was charged with driving while revoked and receiving stolen property. Guider was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.


 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 45-year-old Scott W. Mathis of Cole Camp at 10:36 p.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He was charged with speeding, driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest, failure to drive in a single lane, failure to stop at a stop sign and no driver's license. Mathis was to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.


 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 23-year-old Thomas L. Meyer of Sedalia at 4:49 p.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He was charged with speeding, careless and imprudent driving, and resisting arrest by fleeing. Meyer was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 22-year-old Luke T. Prather of Pilot Grove at 7:49 a.m. Tuesday in Moniteau County. He was charged with speeding, and was also wanted on a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant out of Cooper County for a traffic violation. He was taken to the Moniteau County Jail.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 48-year-old Christopher M. Giannico of Warsaw at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday in Benton County. He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also wanted on a misdemeanor Benton County warrant. Giannico was taken to the Benton County Jail.
