Just when you're lulled into the waves of comfort of early Fall, Summer jumps in front of you while you're screaming down the highway and yells, "BOO!"

Hot conditions will affect the area with temperatures in the upper 80s to the lower 90s. Heat Index values will range from the lower 90s to right around 100 degrees. A cold front will move through the area tonight bringing the chance for a few thunderstorms. A few of theses storms could be strong with gusty winds up to 50 mph and small hail up to the size of a quarter.
