Missed Garth In KC? You Can See Him Saturday October 1 Near Branson
If you missed the big Garth Brooks show at Arrowhead Stadium about a year ago, you have another chance to see him. He's playing a show in the Ozarks near Branson on Saturday, October 1.
According to KFOR television, Garth will re-open the newly expanded Thunder Ridge Nature Arena at Bass Pro Shops Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, Missouri at 7:00 PM CDT on October 1.
According to a press release from Bass Pro Shops, the New Thunder Ridge Nature Arena at Big Cedar Lodge has been a pet project of Bass Pro Shops and Big Cedar Lodge founder Johnny Morris. If you're not familiar with it, it's a natural amphitheater that overlooks Table Rock Lake and the Boston Mountains of Arkansas.
Thunder Ridge's expansion has increased capacity from 10,000 people to 50,000 people, making it one of the area's most perfect venues for artists like Garth Brooks to perform.
Tickets for Garth Brooks at the amphitheater go on sale to the general public on Friday, August 26, 2022 at 10:00 AM CDT. Ticketmaster says the best way to score tickets is to make sure you have a Ticketmaster account set up in advance. That you have your current credit card information saved. And that you arrive to the Ticketmaster site early, The Ticketmaster smart queue opens one hour before showtime. If you're interested in getting tickets or more information you can get them here.
There's one other interesting thing that might make attending a show at Thunder Ridge a little cooler than most venues. All proceeds from events held at the Thunder Ridge Nature Arena will be used to further enhance Thunder Ridge and support conservation.
