The Liberty Center in downtown Sedalia hosted the latest art showcase for the students of Smith-Cotton High School on Wednesday, Feb. 19. The exhibition started at 5:30 p.m. and was packed with proud parents, friends, classmates and the artists themselves.  Everyone enjoyed the hard work these students did in paintings, sketches, photographs, sculpture and other artwork.

I got to go and see a lot of the latest work for myself.  Here's a look at how things went!

If you'd like to see the art for yourself, everything will be up until the end of the month. The Liberty Center is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. If you'd like more information, call 827-3228.

Artfully yours,
