June Passport Fair Scheduled at Sedalia Post Office

The Sedalia Post Office will host another Passport Fair on June 16.

Area residents planning to travel internationally this summer will have an opportunity to apply for a passport. The Post Office will have extra staff on-hand to assist people applying for a passport.

Applicants need to bring a photo ID and certified birth certificate or proof of citizenship.

Passport books for adults are $110.00, while books for children are $80.00.

Adult passport cards are $30.00 and children are $15.00. Passport pictures cost $15.00 with a processing fee of $35.00. The Post Office recommends applying for a passport as early as possible, to avoid delays in processing the applications before a trip.

The Passport Fair will take place from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at 405 E. 5th Street in Sedalia. For more information, visit travel.state.gov.
