President Barrack Obama recently appeared on the comedic video series 'Between Two Ferns' with host Zach Galifianakis, which has made headlines. I didn't like it.

If you're unfamiliar with the show, you should definitely check it out. Galifianakis interviews celebrities in the most awkward way possible, and I've always found the show to be hilarious. The episode with President Obama was no different if you ask me. I thought it was really, REALLY funny. The president made some great jokes, and I thought he was generally awesome in his confrontation of an interview with Galifianakis. He came off as really likable, funny and it was really entertaining.

But here's why I didn't like it: As fun as it was, I really don't think the President of the United States should be spending his time making comedy videos. Yes, I understand he was promoting the affordable health care website and trying to reach a younger audience and all that, but here's the thing: This country isn't exactly going through the best time right now. In fact, things are pretty bad. They have been for a while, and now there's the added tension of the whole Ukraine/Russia situation on top of Syria, the middle east, terrible economy, and everything else.

Now I am NOT into politics in the slightest. I don't really support Obama, but I'm also not an "Obama hater" either, and I don't even blame his administration for a lot of the things that are going so poorly in our country right now. I just don't like that with things the way they are right now, the President is screwing around with something like this. With the economy and all the other bad stuff we're in the middle of, I don't really want to see our leader in a joking mood.

What did you think about the presidential appearance in a viral video? Let me know in the comments.
