Four teenagers were injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Saturday morning in Carroll County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that an eastbound 1987 Jeep Wrangler, driven by 18-year-old Thessaly J. Myler of Carrollton, was on County Road 250, east of County Road 227 at 1:15 a.m., when the vehicle was traveling too fast for the conditions and the driver lost control, causing the Jeep to travel off the road.

Injured were the driver and three passengers, 18-year-old Noah L. Frank and 18-year-old Haley R. Wellman, all of Carrollton, and 19-year-old Briley J. Gregg of Bogard. All were transported to area hospitals for treatment. None were wearing their seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the report.

The Jeep was totaled.

Carroll County Deputies assisted the three Patrolmen at the scene.

Myler was later arrested by the Patrol at 2:31 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated.
