Drug-related Search Warrant Yields One Arrest
On Friday, Oct 23, the Sedalia Police Department served a drug-related search warrant at 208 S. Lamine Avenue.
Upon making entry, three adult subjects were located within the residence and detained without incident.
A search of the residence was conducted and officers found methamphetamine, packaging materials, and drug paraphernalia.
One person was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold. The following charges are being requested for Shamakeith Davis Taylor, 37:
-Manufacturing/Distribution of a Controlled Substance within 2000 feet of a school
-Possession of a Controlled Substance
-Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia
