Circuit Court Cases Resolved August 19, 2020

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County on Aug. 3-17, 2020.

Aaron Brown: age 37, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Christopher Brown: age 36, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Cody Paxton: age 28, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to three 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Eric Wayne Brown: age 29, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 8 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Shyanne N. Meyer: age 24, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to three 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (2 counts Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Stealing).

Holly L. Hurd: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Tyler Ray Ball: age 41, Versailles, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Stealing Leased or Rented Personal Property.

Shannon Dean Albright: age 35, Hughesville, MO was sentenced to 15 years in the Missouri Department Corrections for Delivery of Controlled Substance-Oxycodone.

Nathan Smith: age 24, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the First Degree.

Candace Riedl: age 28, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after violating the terms and conditions of Drug Court.
