Circuit Court Cases Resolved September 21

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County Sep. 21 - 24.

Shane L. Mundy: age 29, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Aaron Jason Brown: age 37, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 (consecutive to any other sentence) for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Richard L. Craig: age 51, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Jeffery Lee Waters: age 55, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Daniel Wallace: age 32, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 12, 12, 12, 12, 4, 4 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on 7 separate matters (2 counts of Assault in the First Degree, 2 counts of Armed Criminal Action, 2 counts Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Unlawful Use of Weapon).

Aaron S. Carlyle: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Jesse Mewes: age 32, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 ITC for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine.

Jonathan Glen Johnson: age 34, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and 1 count Tampering with Physical Evidence in Felony Prosecution).

Korey R. Isenberg: age 32, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 and 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
Aaron Carlyle: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Michael Ray Fritchey: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Koehn L. Isenberg: age 27, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Anthony Buck Johnson: age 37, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 8, 5 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on three separate matters (1 count of Unlawful Use of Weapon, 1 count Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and 1count Armed Criminal Action).

Maria A. Wood: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.
