Circuit Court Cases Resolved February 11, 2022
Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from Jan. 31-Feb. 8, 2022.
Jackie R. Jenson: age 23, Green Ridge, MO was sentenced to two 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for two counts of Resisting Arrest.
Cody Hall: age 25, Otterville, MO was sentenced to 10, 7, 4, 4, 4 and 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections on six separate matters (1 count Attempted Burglary, 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, 1 count Tampering with a Motor Vehicle, 1 count Stealing, 1 count Burglary 2nd and 1 count Property Damage).
Zachariah Cameron Sparks: age 32, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Assault 3rd Degree and Property Damage with an additional 4-year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
Shamakeith D. Taylor: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 15 and 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
Kristopher G. Paxton: age 28, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 10 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Trafficking Drugs in the Second Degree-Methampetamine and Driving While Intoxicated.
Kenneth Yoakum: age 53, Kansas City, MO was sentenced to 8 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Trafficking Drugs in the Second Degree.
Edward G. Marshall: age 48, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 2 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections for two counts of Violation of Order of Protection.
Nathan Wayne Green: age 31, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7, 7, 7, and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four separate matters (2 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and Driving While Revoked.
Alexis Armine: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
Brandon S. Westpheling: age 25, Otterville, MO was sentenced to 2 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Resisting Arrest.
