It's hard to believe August is already here and the end of summer is quickly approaching. In fact, with the start of the fair on Thursday, it's the end of the season for Centennial Pool. That means tomorrow, August 7, Centennial Pool goes to the dogs.

It's the Sedalia Park District's Doggie Dive at Centennial Pool tomorrow from 6PM - 8PM CDT.

Here's what you need to know if you want to take your pup to the Doggie Dive:

  • Cost is $5.00 per dog at the gate
  • Dogs must remain under owner’s control at all times.
  • Dogs must remain leashed until inside the pool gates. No free running!
  • Proof of current vaccinations required.
  • Owners are responsible for any “accidents.”
  • Any dogs not obeying rules and/or causing a disturbance will be asked to leave.

Proceeds from this event go to new equipment for the dog park.
