The Mules Baseball team was set to open MIAA play this coming weekend, Feb. 20-22, at home against Fort Hays State. Due to the snow in the Warrensburg area and expected cold temperatures throughout the week, the series has been moved to Hays, Kansas.  The teams will now play a doubleheader on Thursday, Feb. 19 and a doubleheader on Friday, Feb. 20 with both starting at 1 p.m. at Larks Park in Hays. The Mules will remain the home team in all four games.

The Central Missouri Mules moved up three more spots this week to No. 16 in the latest NABC Division II Men's Basketball Poll released on Tuesday afternoon. The Mules went 2-0 last week with wins at Lincoln and at home over Lindenwood.  UCM is the only MIAA team to appear in the top 25.   The Mules are off until Saturday when they host Southwest Baptist at 3:30 p.m. It's Senior Day for UCM with the Mules seniors being honored at halftime of the Jennies game.
