The pair beat out eighteen other country singers -- 9 females and 9 males -- in a recent Taste of Country poll, with Underwood running away with the title with over 41 percent of votes. It was a little closer on the male side, as Young (26 percent) was followed closely by Trace Adkins and Luke Bryan.
