Rob’s Off The Trail Tracks: Darius Rucker’s “Heartbreak Road”

It's our first Off The Trail Track of 2014, where we take a look at a deeper cut from a popular country album. This week we're checking out Darius Rucker's "Heartbreak Road" from his album "True Believers."

I picked this album because Taste of Country just named Rucker's version of "Wagon Wheel" off the album as the number one best country song of 2013. It went double platinum and produced two more hits, the title track "True Believers" and "Radio."

Another good song from the album that haven't heard on the radio though is the tenth track on the CD, "Heartbreak Road." With a title like that, you'd think it would be a pretty sad song, but it's actually fun. It's upbeat yet somehow chill and relaxed at the same time. Take a listen below!
