The 16th annual Chicks with Sticks 2 lady scramble will be on September 6 at the Elm Hills Golf Course starting at 8:00 a.m. The Chicks with Sticks Tournament is a fundraiser that works with Shriners Hospitals for Children.  It's also working with the Shriners Breakfast locally, to raise some more money for these great kids.  The Shriners Hospitals is a network of 22 medical facilities across North America. Children with orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip and palate are eligible for care and receive all services in a family-centered environment, regardless of the patients’ ability to pay.  This worthy cause is worth working for, and the ladies are ready to bring the best from the Chicks with Sticks Tournament. I got to talk with Pat Rinehart about the tournament and how you can help.

The cost per team is $100 plus a charge of $18 for a golf cart.  This event will include a full breakfast, lunch, 18 holes of golf, and four special events with prizes.  There will be three flights, with a full field of 27 teams.  There will also be a silent auction open to the public, at the Shriner’s Breakfast.  To register for the golf event, find out more about the silent auction, make a donation, or find out more about the Shriners Club, please contact Pat at 620-2939.  Proceeds will benefit the Shriners Hospitals for Children.

Golfingly yours,

Behka
