Hey, thanks for checking out my page! I'm Rob, I just moved here from Michigan, and so far I love it. I've been working in radio since I was 18 years old, and I really love sports and food. I also love meeting new people, so make sure you add me on Facebook. It's a great way to get in touch with me and help me out with questions and stuff on the Morning Show. If you talk to me, I'll talk back, I'm a real person!

Take the two minutes to watch this video. I guarantee it's the craziest fight you've ever seen. I don't know if you'll get to see a fight quite that wild this weekend, but there's definitely going to be some great MMA action in Mid-Missouri this weekend!

Send Us Your Nominations for Sedalia’s ‘Person of the Year’
Everyone is probably familiar with Time Magazine's annual "Person of the Year" issue. It features a person or group that for better or for worse has done the most to influence the events of the year. Right now in a poll Miley Cyrus is actually leading the vote.
A while ago I asked who do you think should be the Time Person of the Year, which gave me a better idea: who do you think should

Smith-Cotton High School's robotics team "Team SCREAM" has been awarded a $5,000 grant from NASA for the second year in a row. The grant goes toward Team SCREAM's registration fee for the FIRST Robotics Greater Kansas City Regional competition in March.
I think this is awesome. Hats off to the Smith-Cotton Robotics program. I don't know what kinds of things they're going to do at this co
Should Rob Keep His Beard? [POLL]
I grew a beard out for No Shave November. It's pretty scraggly. I've been waiting all month to shave, but now that November is finally over, I'm wondering if I should just keep it since I took all this time to grow it.
Rob Goes to the KCP&L Plaza Lighting [PHOTOS]
This Thanksgiving, I had the chance to head to the Plaza in Kansas City with my friend Kevin Walker and his nephews for the annual KCP&L Plaza Lighting. It was actually my first time at the Plaza, and it was a lot of fun.

On Tuesday night (Nov 26), I was lucky enough to participate in the Child Safe Dessert Auction at the Celebration Center in Sedalia. It was a great event that raised over $5,000 for the Child Safe program of Central Missouri.
Will You Be Partying on Thanksgiving Eve? [POLL]
The night before Thanksgiving is generally considered to be the biggest bar night of the year. Most everybody has the next day off, friends and family you don't always get to see are in town, and nobody wants to entertain at home when they're going to be doing so much cooking the next day. So everyone goes out to party!
Thanksgiving Trick-Or-Treaters from the 1920s are Super Creepy [PHOTOS]
I found a pretty interesting article about a weird Thanksgiving tradition from the past. About 100 years ago, kids didn't go trick-or-treating on Halloween, they did it on Thanksgiving. It was called "Thanksgiving Masking." Kids would dress up as beggars and hobos, wear masks and go door-to-door for candy and pennies. No one's exactly sure when it ended, but it lasted in some areas thr
