Hey, thanks for checking out my page! I'm Rob, I just moved here from Michigan, and so far I love it. I've been working in radio since I was 18 years old, and I really love sports and food. I also love meeting new people, so make sure you add me on Facebook. It's a great way to get in touch with me and help me out with questions and stuff on the Morning Show. If you talk to me, I'll talk back, I'm a real person!

Dukes & Boots in Sedalia Celebrates Third Anniversary on November 23
This Saturday (Nov. 23), the Big Red Barn in Sedalia is turning three years old. Over the last few years Dukes and Boots has become a staple of the community. It's one of THE places to be every weekend, with great food, cold drinks and a whole lot of late night fun. I've lived in a few different towns, and I can honestly say Dukes is one of the coolest bars I've ever been too.
Kmart’s “Show Your Joe” Holiday Commercial: Love It or Hate It? [POLL]
Kmart is no stranger to edgy commercials. They gave us the hilarious play on words advertisements "Ship My Pants" and "Big Gas Savings." These commercials were hugely popular online, but not without a little controversy. Well, Kmart is at it again.

Leaves are everywhere! It's definitely fall in Sedalia, and like it or not, we should probably start raking those yards and bagging the leaves up. Help Pettis County Community Santa Donate 300 New Bicycles to Children in Need
It's getting to be that time of year again when we all start looking ahead and planning our Christmas shopping. You have to figure out what you're getting for friends, family, the co-workers you actually like, your hairdresser, the guy who does your lawn, etc. I know it's a lot to juggle, but I'd like to recommend one more purchase to your list: a new bicycle for a less fortunate child in our area

Rob’s Off the Trail Tracks: Tyler Farr’s “Wish I Had a Boat” [AUDIO]
This is the first entry in what I hope to make a weekly segment: Off the Trail Tracks. Every week we'll select a new album and showcase a song from it that you're unlikely to hear on the radio any time soon, and give you the chance to listen to it here on our website...
The McRib is Back: Will You Be Eating One? [POLL]
The McDonald's McRib. A pork sandwich smothered in tangy barbecue sauce, onions and pickles on a hoagie bun. It's only on the menu for limited times, but when it is, it's a polarizing figure in the world of food.
Do You Go to Work or Stay Home When You’re Sick? [POLL]
So I came down with a little bit of a cold the other day. Nothing too bad, just the beginnings of a sore throat, stuffy nose and feeling sore and tired. I was able to knock it out pretty quick by taking a ton of that EmergenC stuff and getting a ridiculous amount of sleep. However, I was feeling pretty bad when I came to work Monday.
