What’s In This Sedalia Garage?

I was on the faceybook recently, and saw a post made by one of my friends, Terri Hunter.She was out on a listing appointment (she's a realtor with Complete Real Estate Service) and saw this.  She had to get a photo, it made her laugh.

Is this a Walking Dead reference? Is someone trying to reach out to their inner emptiness?  There's got to be a story here.  I almost don't want to know what it is, because it's more fun to imagine a story myself.
