As we move a third of the way through the month, winter weather is still with us with a glimpse of warmer temperatures on the horizon.
Today will feature partly to mostly cloudy skies with near normal highs in the upper 30's to low 40's. Similar conditions are expected on Tuesday with increasing clouds later in the day. Snow is expected to develop overnight Tuesday into Wednesday. Minor accumulations of slushy snow will be possible mainly along and south of the Missouri River.
