The Sedalia Sportsman Challenge

Teams of three will compete for CASH prizes and the title of Sedalia's Sportsman Champion, at The Sedalia Sportsman Challenge presented by Warsaw Archery. We will start registration at 7am on September 6 at the Sedalia Rod and Gun Club.If you and your friends love to hunt, compete, and shoot, register for the Sedalia Sportsman Challenge and showoff those skills. The entry fee is $100 for a three person team. If you sign up before the Missouri State Fair, it is only $75!

We will have up to $1,000 in cash and prizes for our competitors! Teams that place in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd will win CASH. The cash prizes will depend on the number of participating teams.

We will have four different challenges:

Shotgun Volley Presented by I-Land Internet Services
22 Rifle Challenge Presented by Vinson's Gun and Ammo Supply
Archery Presented by Warsaw Archery
Deer Blind Race

We will also have Family activities presented by Family Pawn

Kid's air-rifle range
BYOB (Bring Your Own Bait) Fishing
Vendor Booths

Every team member will compete in each of the events. There will be a couple minutes of targets at the shotgun volley, 3 targets at the 22 rifle range, and 9 archery targets. The deer blind race is an optional team event. One member will set up a deer blind, one member will shot a target, and one member will take down the blind.

In addition to the Sportsman Challenge we will have the Mossy Oak long-shot competition with a 50% payback. We will also have vendors and sponsors represented at The Sedalia Sportsman Challenge.
