Trespassing

Police arrested an 18-year-old Sedalia resident on multiple charges after responding to a report of trespassing in the 900 block of W. 6th St.

Police were called to the Sedalia Walmart on a trespassing complaint and arrested a 34-year-old Sedalia man around 4 p.m. on January 7.

Two Sedalia men were arrested just after 3 a.m. on May 30 when police were dispatched to the 400 block of E. 13th Street. A caller told authorities that two men were in a neighbor's car.

A 57-year-old man was taken to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 12-hour protective custody hold after police responded to a trespassing call from Bothwell Regional Health Center late Tuesday night.

Sedalia Police were called to Walmart just before 7 p.m. on February 8 and arrested a 42-year-old Otterville Man on charges of first degree burglary and harassment.

Sedalia Police were called to Hotel Bothwell at 1:45 a.m. February 9 and arrested a 37-year-old woman for trespassing.

A 36-year-old Sedalia man was arrested on February 6 in the 1000 block of E. 11th St. after a woman called police to report that the man was standing on the roof of her detached garage and damaging it.

Deputies with the Pettis County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to Highway AA and Thomas Rd. in reference to a trespassing complaint on the morning of February 6.

Sedalia Police were dispatched to the 500 block of West 2nd Street on Sunday in reference to a trespassing case. Police say the suspect was banging on the door of a residence.

A 31-year-old Sedalia man was arrested for trespassing and faces various drug charges after officers reportedly observed suspicious behavior in an alley in the 100 block of East 11th Street on October 2.
