AccuWeather is predicting a very vibrant Fall for Missouri this year.

Do it for the environment.

The leaf colors in Missouri and Illinois aren't as brilliant as normal this year.

It's hard to believe that we're only about a month away from the beginning of leaves changing color as Fall gets closer. There are maps and dates that will give you an idea when it will begin and peak in each different part of Illinois.

If you ask me now, I'd say that Fall is my favorite season. If you ask me in late winter, I'd probably say Spring. I do love when the Fall colors begin to get good in Missouri and I've found some helpful maps to figure out when that will be.

I argued with myself over this issue, but I'm fairly certain that I have reached my conclusion about what the best season in Missouri is. It's Fall and I'm also pretty sure that you will never be able to change my mind and I'll explain why.

When will the leaves change? Science knows!

Leaves are everywhere! It's definitely fall in Sedalia, and like it or not, we should probably start raking those yards and bagging the leaves up. But what do you do with the leaves after they're bagged up? Not to worry, if you leave in the city of Sedalia, the Sanitation Department will come pick them up for you.
