The Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri has secured a $1.69 million challenge grant.

A Legacy breakfast that was held at the Sedalia Country Club Thursday morning generated more than $14,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri.

Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri is inviting area residents to spend an evening under the stars during the 34th annual auction gala, presented by The W-K Family of Dealerships.

The Tombstone-themed event raised nearly $20,000 for Club programs and included blackjack, craps, roulette, and more.

Two Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri Club Sites had the honor of being named Distinguished Club Gold Award winners.

Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri has been awarded multiple 21st Century Community Learning Center grants.

Boys & Girls Clubs of West Central Missouri was recently awarded $4,000 from the Dollar General Literacy Foundation to expand its literacy programs at Sedalia Club Sites.

Parents must fill out a new membership packet for their child, even if they attended Club last year or during the summer.

More than 150 parents and children came out to enjoy the community-oriented event which also featured information booths from area non-profits, giveaways and more.
