Sedalia Woman Injured in South 65 Crash

A Sedalia woman received minor injuries in a one-vehicle wreck that occurred Sunday in Pettis County.

Accorrding to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 22-year-old Kurstin E. Wilkerson of Sedalia was the driver of a southbound 2018 Chevy Mailbu on US 65, north of Route 52 at 5:55 p.m, when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, began to skid, struck an embankment, became airborne, striking several small trees. The Chevy came to rest off the roadway facing north.

Wilkerson suffered minor injuries and was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment.

The Malibu had moderate damages.
