The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 2004 Chevrolet, driven by Brian L. Lehman of Sedalia was on Cedar Street at Gentry Road at 1:20 a.m., when the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned.

His passenger, 32-year-old Allison L. McIntyre of Sedalia, suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment.

Both were wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

The Chevy had extensive damage, and was towed by InMotion.

Pettis County deputies assisted the Patrol at the scene.

Lehman was later arrested by the Patrol at 2:07 a.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, causing injury to another.
