Upon arrival contact was made with the victim who stated she was westbound on Broadway Blvd when a dark-colored Cadillac turned off of northbound Prospect attempting to go west on Broadway Blvd.

A press release from the Sedalia Police Dept. says the Cadillac struck the front driver side of the victim’s vehicle, causing significant damage.
