A Sedalia man was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Thursday afternoon in Pettis County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a southbound Honda, driven by 39-year-old Jonathon H. Todd of Sedalia, was on Route Y, west of Camp Branch Road, at 4:11 p.m., when the vehicle left the roadway and struck an embankment.

Todd suffered minor injuries, and was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by PCAD.

The Honda had moderate damage.

Pettis County Deputies assisted the Troopers on scene.

Todd was later arrested by the Patrol at 12:27 p.m. for driving while intoxicated by drugs, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, no insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia (prior offense). He was taken to the Sedalia Police Department and later released.
