Possibility of Severe Weather Enters The Picture
For the most part, the 2019 Missouri State Fair has been rain and storm free. We had one round that ran roughshod through Sedalia late Monday night/Tuesday Morning. Now we may be in store for a round of wet weather late tonight into Friday.
According to the National Weather Service:
An active few days beginning today and continuing through the weekend. Several rounds of strong to severe storms will be possible with the first round expected this evening and into the overnight hours across eastern Kansas and portions of western Missouri. All modes of severe weather are possible including large hail, damaging winds, locally heavy rainfall, and the potential for an isolated tornado.
