On Friday, the Sedalia Police Department served a drug related search warrant at 3100 Wing Avenue in Sedalia. Upon making entry, three adult subjects were located within the residence and detained without incident.

A search of the residence was conducted and officers found methamphetamine, buprenorphine naloxone, marijuana, packaging materials, and drug paraphernalia.

One person was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold. The following charges are being requested:

JOSEPH MICHAEL JONES, 62 years of age:
--- Manufacturing/Distribution of a Controlled Substance within 2000 feet of a school
--- Possession of a Controlled Substance (2 counts)
--- Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia

Two subjects were released at the scene pending the request of the following charges:

• KALEB M. SMITH, 20 years of age:
o Possession of a Controlled Substance

• BRANDON JACOB SILVA, 26 years of age:
o Possession of a Controlled Substance
