This Missouri Comfort Food Spot Is Reviving a Century-Old Tradition
A St. Louis restaurant has combined family style eating with the old school meat and three concept from a century ago. Featuring comfort food to bring people together, focusing on locally sourced ingredients that highlight a practical and healthy farm to table experience.

Grace Meat + Three with their traditional family style, worker friendly model has already been recognized by Forbes, Food & Wine and others. They also have begun to grow the brand with a second location and a food truck to cater events with their signature southern comfort offerings.

The main location on Manchester in St. Louis serves up catfish, ribs, fried chicken and southern sides like fried green tomatoes, fried pickles and deviled eggs, and for brunch – chicken and waffles. Grace Chicken and Fish at the Watson Road location focuses on exactly that: fried chicken and fish. You can still brunch it up with the chicken and waffles or grab a chicken or fish sandwich.
