On July 7, the Clinton Police Department executed a narcotics-related search warrant at 904 East Ohio Street, Apartment 4B.

The warrant was part of an ongoing investigation into the distribution of illegal narcotics within the community.

During the search, officers located a significant quantity of methamphetamine, along with paraphernalia associated with the packaging and distribution of controlled substances.

As a result of the investigation, Christopher Buxton, 36, was taken into custody and arrested at the scene. Buxton was charged with Distribution of a Controlled Substance in a Protected Location, a felony offense under Missouri law.

This operation is part of the Clinton Police Department’s ongoing commitment to combat drug activity and protect the safety of residents in our neighborhoods.
