Circuit Court Cases Resolved Through April 6
Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from March 9, through April 6:
Caleb Smith: age: 34, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Child Molestation in the First Degree.
LaShawn A. Combs: age 42, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Property Damage in the first degree. Mr. Combs was sentenced to an additional 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
Kaleb M. Smith: age 21, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
Kimberly A. Bardin: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 after her probation was revoked.
Robert Darnell Billups: age 61, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7, 5 and 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 after his probation was revoked.
Jourdan Donnelle Alan Diehl: age 23, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two consecutive 5 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 after his probations was revoked.
Garrett M. Ecker: age 37, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
Bryan Timothy Glenn: age 30, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5, 5, 4, 4 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on five separate matters (1 count Burglary, 1 count Domestic Assault in the Third Degree, 1 count Resisting Arrest, 1 count Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and 1 count Domestic Assault in the Second Degree).
Travis A. Lawson: age 36, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to five 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on five separate matters (1 count Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, 3 counts Driving While Revoked, 1 count Domestic Assault in the Third Degree and 1 count Stealing).
Timothy S. Lemaire: age 32, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 3 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Driving While Revoked.
Trenton R. Willis: age 21, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
Keary M. Wimberly: age 30, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two counts of Possession of Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
Miguel Zaragoza: age 54, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
Jacob Michael Snyder: age 33, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115. Mr. Snyder was sentenced to an additional 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
Jimmy L. Linley: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to a 2 year sentence in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Resisting Arrest. Mr. Linley was sentenced to an additional 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.
Larry Howard: age 46, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7, 4, 4 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four separate matters (1 count Passing a Bad Check, 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine, 1 count Resisting Arrest and 1 count Driving While Revoked).
