You know, when you work at a radio station, you hear a lot of commercials. I'm sure you've heard your fair share, too.  But some of them are pretty unforgettable. In fact, just the other day I couldn't get one of them out of my head.  So here are five earworm jingles that will drive you crazy.  You've been warned.

1.  I-land Internet.

It's been over ten years, and I still know all the words.

2. Family Pawn.

I think this one has been in their commercials for as long as I've been alive.  I might be wrong on that, though.

3.  Bryant Motors.

I remember the day they brought over the CD (aww, we used to use those).  I heard it for the first time and I just laughed, because I thought,  how different.  But I also thought... nobody is ever going to remember all this.  Cut to all these years later, not only do I know all the words, but so does Husbando and the girls. All. Of. Them.

4. Alma's Meats.

OKAY.  This technically isn't Sedalia, but they advertised in Sedalia.  And it's so good.  They were first Alma's Meats, and then Kloeppel Meats.  This one is probably my favorite. I genuinely love it.  It was in my head the other day for at least an hour.

5.  Carpet Plus.

I want to be a fly on the wall of that recording session.  They're so insistent and driven and just.... really into carpet.

I know I can think of a few others, but maybe I'll leave that up to you.  Which Sedalia jingles do you still remember?

Good luck getting that Alma's Meats out of your head, by the way.

Singingly Yours,
Behka
