I'm sure you guys remember all the very rude weather we had a while back. As a result of that, a lot of great events got cancelled because it just wasn't safe to ask people to get out. The 17th Annual Cupid's Ball was one of those events, and Sedalia heard the horrible sound of so many little hearts breaking at once. Well now the event is back on, scheduled for Saturday, March 29!

The ball will take place at The Smith-Cotton High School. Girls 5-12 years are invited to ask their favorite guy; father, stepfather, uncle, or grandfather to the dance. Tickets are $20 per person which includes light refreshments, a professional 5x7 photograph and dancing.

I got to talk with Susan Mergen of the Women's Service League about the night and about how you can still get those few remaining tickets.

There are only 11 tickets left, so make sure you call Susan as soon as humanly possible to get those tickets before they're all gone. Call her up at her office, the number is (660) 826-4400 x368.

Oz-ly yours,
Behka
