Up, Up, and Away!

Growing up in Albuquerque, New Mexico in the early 70's, I was lucky to see the beginnings of a great event that has grown over the years.  From a small gathering of 13 balloons in 1972, the 2014 Albuquerque International Balloon Festival (AIBF) continues October 4th  through the 12th.  The AIBF has announced that country hit-maker Josh Turner will headline the 2014 Music Fiesta on Saturday, October 11^th.  Joining Turner for the concert will be another Grammy award nominee, David Nail and County Road 5.  If you're looking for a road trip destination this fall, check out this great Southwest event.
