6 days ago This week Dale Malone from Dukes & Boots posed a question on Facebook about what new foods you'd like to see on the menu. This last Wednesday at lunch, a bunch of our staff got together for the KIX 105 Wednesday lunch and discussed some of the great things that could be brought to the table. Our Events Coordinator Leslee is currently going through the Healthy U Program and we started talking about how it would be interesting if a bar and grill took a healthy way of thinking, one that would surprise people that it was on the menu and would still be unique to Sedalia.
1 week ago So this week on "Outdoors Now," our friend Harry has been giving us tips to prevent and treat sunburn. I've been particularly interested in this topic, as it's something that I think we all deal with when it gets warm.

Fifty-seven percent of you said that you'd rather constantly have Cheetos cheese-covered fingers than constantly have a runny nose.
