Wednesday night, Dean White reported someone stole fuel from two of their vehicles parked in the 1800 block of South Beacon Avenue.


 

Thursday night, Officers conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle after observing the vehicle turn east onto westbound lanes of traffic near West 16th Street and South Limit Avenue. During the investigation, it was determined the driver’s Missouri driver’s license was suspended. The vehicle was also improperly displaying a Missouri license plate, and the driver was unable to prove the vehicle was insured. Patrick Reeves, 27, of Sedalia, was arrested for Driving While Suspended, No Proof of Insurance, and Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle. Reeves was cited and then released on scene.

Officers responded to the area of the 700 block of South Ohio for a subject check Thursday afternoon. On arrival, contact was made with the subject. A computer check through Dispatch confirmed her to have an active Failure to Appear warrant from Pettis County on original charges of felony Assault in the 3rd Degree. Michele A. Davenport, 56, Homeless, was transported to the Pettis County Jail, pending a cash or surety bond of $2500.


 

Sedalia Police responded to the area of West Broadway Boulevard and South Beacon Avenue in reference to a found property report Thursday evening. Officers located the bag sitting on the sidewalk. Officers collected the bag, and placed into evidence for safe keeping.


 

Thursday afternoon, Officers conducted a warrant check in the 100 block of South Harrison Avenue. Officers made contact with a male subject who had a Failure to Appear warrant for his arrest from Pettis County on original charges of Driving While Revoked. Tevin Lamar Auntley, 29, of Sedalia, was arrested on his warrant and transported to the Pettis County Jail, pending a cash or surety bond of $1500.


 

Wednesday afternoon, Officers received a phone call from Mikhailovich Zolozh Gennadiy regarding a possible online fraud. Gennadiy stated he was attempting to purchase a skid steer from Facebook Marketplace. Gennadiy sent a deposit, and wanted it back after the seller failed to deliver the item. Officers were able to identify a suspect. A report was submitted.


 

Officers responded to the 1000 bock of South State Fair Boulevard in reference to a disturbance Thursday morning. Officers spoke with both parties involved on scene, and they stated they had an argument. Officers completed a 12-hour log report.
