Sedalia Police released the following reports on April 15:

On April 15 around 2 a.m., Sedalia Police received a property damage report at 503 S. New York. The victim, Marie A. Winchell, stated that someone had damaged her living room window, causing $70 of damage. A suspect in the case was not located.

On April 15 around 2:45 a.m., Police responded to the 800 block of E. Fifth on a loud noise complaint. Upon arrival, several subjects fled the area. One subject was later located and arrested near prospect and Wilkerson. Wayne T. Lion, 34, of 509 W. Fourth, was confirmed with a Pettis County warrant for larceny, arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail. Bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety and a court date of April 26 was set.

Johnathan S. Griffin, 17, 911 S. Prospect, was arrested by Sedalia Police on a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear after a traffic stop that occurred at 12:04 a.m. in the 900 block of South Winchester during a traffic stop for speeding. Griffin was taken to the Pettis County Jail on a $150 cash bond.

A traffic stop at 10th and Moniteau April 15 on a Ford F-150 for a minor traffic violation resulted in the arrest of a Sedalia man on charges of driving while revoked and failure to properly display his license plates. Nathaniel L. Willis, 36, 1000 S. Vermont, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail on a 24-hour hold, pending the filing of state charges.
