SPD Responds to Shots Fired at Local Motel

On Tuesday night just after 8 p.m., Sedalia Police responded to a report of shots fired at Motel 6, 3402 West Broadway.

Upon arrival, officers located three subjects who said that an unknown black male had fired multiple rounds at them, then fled the scene.

After an initial investigation, it was apparent that it was an isolated incident. The investigation is ongoing.
