I recently took my 7th trip to Memphis to tour St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  Each time I go, I learn something new about this amazing place, as well as re-energize myself to raise funds for them.  It takes $1.8 million a day to run St. Jude, and a majority of that cost is received through donations.

SFCC Roadrunners Booster Club Invites You to Ride the Fan Bus

State Fair Community College basketball is having a great year for both the men's and women's teams. Coach Kevin Bucher has the Lady Roadrunners 13-4 overall this season, while Coach Kevin Thomas has the men at 14-5.

This season both teams have had the luxury of going to games on a bus provided by Ditzfeld Transfer, which Athletic Director Darren Pannier says is making a huge difference on and off the court.

State Fair Community College Basketball Returns to the Hardwood

The State Fair Community College Lady Roadrunners are off to a flying start for their season and are 11-3. The Lady Roadrunners begin Region 16 Basketball versus Three Rivers Community College at the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Building Tuesday night at 6 p.m. This will be the opening game of Region 16 and is a Midwest Community College Athletic Conference game for both these teams.  However, Three Rivers is 12-2 on the season.
