'A Sedalia Christmas' is a multimedia play written in celebration of Sedalia's holiday traditions and celebrations from 1866-1969. It was written by Sedalia native Becky Imhauser, and local actors and actresses portray Sedalians and the events that shaped their lives.
The sixth annual Jingle on the Green at State Fair Community College brought many students, faculty and people from the area to the campus to experience caroling, music, arts, luminaries, chocolate and of course, Santa Claus.

However, the Lady Antebellum singer has been a loud and proud dog mom for a while and she loves her fur babies Hobbs and Baker, who are male and female golden doodles. On Tuesday night (Nov 26), I was lucky enough to participate in the Child Safe Dessert Auction at the Celebration Center in Sedalia. It was a great event that raised over $5,000 for the Child Safe program of Central Missouri.
