Do you wish you could live a life of luxury just like Brad Paisley? Now is your chance! The 'Southern Comfort Zone' singer has placed his Pacific Palisades vacation home on the market, listing the Los Angeles compound at a cool $2.995 million.

The restored 3,394-square foot home, built in 1925, is highlighted by a two-story living room complete with a fireplace, stained glass windows and beamed ceilings. The mansion houses four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a detached garage and spare bonus room. The home is landscaped by gorgeous citrus trees.

Records show Paisley and his wife, actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley, purchased the property in 2004 for $1.644 million. The couple resides in Nashville full-time with their sons, Huck and Jasper.

Paisley is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming studio album, 'Wheelhouse,' which features the current Top 5 single, 'Southern Comfort Zone.' The singer admits that the creative process for the new project was much different than his previous releases.

“That is where a man named Bob Ludwig works who is one of the best mastering engineers the world has ever seen,” he explains in regards to mastering ‘Wheelhouse’ in Maine instead of Music City. “We just decided to do it a little differently this time and go up and use him.”

“I really wanted this (album) to have as little of a ‘typical stamp’ on it as possible. That is one way we changed it up and it was worth it. He is a brilliant guy,” shares Paisley.

'Wheelhouse' is expected to be delivered to store shelves and digital retailers on April 9.
