The nominations have been released for the Academy of Country Music Awards. The 2021 ACM Awards are set to be on the air live from the Bluebird Cafe, Grand Ole Opry House and Ryman Auditorium on April 18.

In this year's list of nominees you see a lot of familiar names. Miranda Lambert, Eric Church, Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan, Maren Morris, Luke Combs, and more.

I thought it would be interesting to go back 30 years to see the list of winners from the event in 1991. Some are still around performing regularly, i.e., Garth Brooks, Tanya Tucker, and Vince Gill. Some of the artists that won that year are just a memory, i.e., The Kentucky Headhunters and The Judds.
