The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile was in Warrensburg last week. But what you may not know is they're looking for graduating college seniors who like the idea of traveling around in a hot dog on wheels and serving as a brand ambassador for Oscar Mayer Wieners.

Positions last for one year and the official title is Wienermobile Spokesperson - Hotdogger. Here's the job description from the Oscar Mayer website:

We need outgoing, creative, friendly, enthusiastic, graduating college seniors who have an appetite for adventure and are willing to see the country through the windshield of the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile. Applicants should have a BA or BS, preferably in public relations, journalism, communications, advertising, or marketing, though applicants are not limited to these degrees.

According to the job description Hotdoggers will represent Oscar Mayer and the Wienermobile through radio and television appearances, newspaper interviews, and at grocery store, retail and charity functions. Hotdoggers will get to see America as well, as the Wienermobile travels through all regions of the country and stops in both big cities and small towns. The position is full time, and the term length of the position is a year.

You can learn more about the position here. Or if this job is so you, you can apply by sending your resume and a cover letter to Oscar Mayer here:

Oscar Mayer, Attn: Hotdogger Position, 560 East Verona Avenue, Verona, WI, 53593 or you can email your materials to wmrequest@kraftheinzcompany.com.

I've never done the job, but I can tell you two things: One, washing the wienermobile will probably be part of the job, and that looks like it might be tough. Second, by the time your year is up. You won't be eating any hot dogs for awhile.
