Are you one of those that always has a blanket within arm's each? Everyone else can be comfortable in a room but you feel like you're freezing? We may have some reasons why that is.

WebMD posted some reasons why you're always cold. If you're one of the "unlucky" ones to experience this, read a little further.

  • Number one is anemia. When you don't have enough red blood cells your body doesn't get enough oxygen. Some of the side effects can include being dizzy, tired, and weak. You might want to get checked out by a doctor.
  • When your thyroid isn't working correctly, you can sometimes experience problems. One of those is hypothyroidism. That's when your thyroid isn't making enough hormones for your body. This could cause you to be oversensitive to the cold. Once again, go see the doctor.
  • Not enough B12. If you don't have enough of it in your system, you could become anemic thus becoming cold. Consume foods like fish, chicken, and eggs to help up your B12 levels. Check with your doctor.

As always consult a medical professional. We are not trying to diagnose any problems you may have and we don't claim to provide any medical advice.
