Where’s Six Flags STL on the list of the “Best” Six Flags parks?

The website themanual.com released an article titled All 23 Six Flags Theme Parks in the US Ranked, and Six Flags St. Louis comes in at number 8 on the list! What about Six Flags St. Louis makes it so special? On the list they say...

"If your stomach doesn’t churn at the sight of Spinsanity, you’ve got a stronger constitution than we do. St. Louis is home to this thrilling ride, as well as a well-rounded bevy of the usual Six Flags culprits, earning it a spot at Number 8."

Six Flags St. Louis ranks higher than a lot of the other parks on the list including Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey, Six Flags New England in Massachusettes, and Six Flags America in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area. I have to say I have never been to Six Flags St. Louis which was originally called Six Flags Over-Mid-America, but it is cool to know that is still ranked so high on the list even though it was one of the original 3 parks built by the original company, and opened in 1971 according to Wikipedia. Do you think making a trip to Six Flags St. Louis is worth it if you have never been there before?
