In an effort to provide political information on a neutral platform, the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce is once again holding their Legislative Luncheon on Friday, March 10 at Players Restaurant, located at 627 E. Russell Avenue, at 11:45 a.m. It will last approximately an hour and fifteen minutes, concluding at 1 p.m.

This Legislative Luncheon serves as an opportunity for legislators to meet and speak with constituents about recent bills and ongoing legislation in a more casual setting, as well as to update the community on their recent achievements.

A representative from U.S. Congressman Mark Alford's office, Missouri Senator Rick Brattin, and Missouri Representatives Dan Houx and Rodger Reedy have accepted. All current Legislators for the district have been invited to attend.

The cost to attend is $15 for Chamber Members and their guests and $20 for Non-Members.

While the public is invited, the Chamber asked that you RSVP no later than Monday, March 6 in order to get an accurate headcount, according to Kelly Davenport, Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce.
