Two people were injured Wednesday morning in a crash that involved a First Student school bus.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a westbound 2020 Thomas bus was on Elm Hills Blvd., west of South Park at 7:34 a.m., when the bus came to a stop to pick up a student, and a westbound 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan, driven by 22-year-old David M. Scott-Robison of Sedalia, failed to observe the bus and struck the rear of it.

Scott-Robison and a 16-year-old male juvenile, both of Sedalia, both suffered minor injuries, and were transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by PCAD for treatment.

The bus had moderate damage and was driven back to the First Student lot, while the Dodge was totaled.
