Two Arrested After Police Force Entry Into Sedalia Home
Two Sedalia residents were arrested after police forced entry into a home in the 1700 block of E. 4th St. to perform a felony warrant check around 7:30 p.m. on January 24.
Police say officers were able to confirm the identity and presence of a subject inside the home who had a felony warrant, but refused to open the door. After officers forced entry into the home, 32-year-old Nickolas Lee Snow was arrested on a no bond parole absconder warrant on an original charge of second degree burglary.
38-year-old Amanda Sue Higginbotham was also arrested on a felony warrant for receiving stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit device.
Both Snow and Higginbotham were taken to the Pettis County Jail.
